After your mommy makeover, you will be able to return home to rest and recover. In some cases, a 24-hour stay in a recovery suite may be recommended. It will be important to arrange in advance for a friend or family member to drive you home.

A degree of bruising and swelling will be present following your procedure. During recovery, you will need to wear post-surgical garments to minimize swelling. Cold compresses will aid in this process. Pain medication and antibiotics will also be prescribed.
